Ashtabula County, Ohio

Hello again ladies and gentleman, I have recently got Trainz 2010 (as my laptop is not completely up to handling TS12), as you can see from this route, this was trainz 2009, is there a way I can import this route into Trainz 2010 (on a different computer may I add) so I can continue this project on the newer game version?

Really want to get back at this now I have the time.

thanks all,

George

Hi George,

Glad to hear you are back at it. To answer your question, I'm assuming you still have 09 installed. What I'd do is to fire up 09, save your route and session as a .cdp, save it to a usb stick or what not, and then import that cdp into 2010 on your other machine. I've never used 09, so I don't know about error correction compared to 2010, but this should work. Assuming you have 09 on one computer and 10 on another, it should not be a problem.

Good luck!

Looks like it's going to be a great route! My dad is a retired railroader engineer NS, he lives in Conneaut. When I was alot younger we used to make 2 or more trips up there a month you have captured the feel of the place nicely.
