Welcome to the forums nsblack5657. If you are referring to how to use the Trainz online features, you must register your serial number with N3V via Planet Auran > Serial Number, and enter your username and password under Launcher > Options > Planet Auran.

You will still need to register your serial first on Planet Auran. After doing so, install it on the new system, then copy the UserData folder across from the old one and use Content Manager (the Content button on the Launcher to import the content (File > Import Content).

OK - you should also have had a serial number with it. If you have, register it via Planet Auran > Serial Number - do not post it here.

@Cratey: I am still unable to log into the new helpdesk system. I need help with merging an old Auran account with my current one. Thanks for your help.
Edit: Fixed. Now I can log into the new Helpdesk.
