Perfect, just ended my 12 months ticket last week; of course, last year the 'FCT sale' was at the same time, and so I was mad that I missed it by days, but somewhere along the line over the last year I'd accumulated a free 31 day ticket, and I was hoping that there'd be a sale this year too, and here we are

Where's my First class ticket?
Hi this is Rogerdee1948,I payed for a renewal of a first class ticket on Feb 9 2012 and it has not showed up in content manager yet.My old first class ticket expired on Feb 13,2012. How long does it take for the new one to take effect? moonlightriders@frontier.com

Firstly, you must activate your ticket manually. See the Download Tickets page in your Planet Auran profile. Once done, allow up to 48 hours for it to activate, which it should do provided that you have no items in the Download Helper panel if using TRS2006 or later.
Secondly, remove your email address ASAP.
Also, for future reference, use the forums for issues like this.
