Applying a position code in config file for stacking goods?

Hello,
I am looking at trying to apply position codes for one attachment point so I can double, triple, or quad stack goods on a rail car is this possible? I am trying to work around things with code versus trying to make a complete new rail car mesh with multiple attachment points.

Thanks
Greg L.

Are the goods going to visible or is it just a load queue you are after? so the car will take certain good but you do not see the good inside.
Are all the goods going to loaded at the same time.

The Load is visible on a flat car. What exactly I am trying to do is to double, triple, or maybe quad stack kuid "rail, old, rusty" Kuid2:44988:80012:2. The number of stacks I decide to go with will depend on the capacity of the rail car that I am using for early 1900's. The rails look to be 40feet sections with spacers. I was going to try and apply code to position "position 0,0,0.3556" the product. If I am right I decided on a rough rail height of 8" inches, and 6" spacers equaling 0.3556 meters in height.

So I guess your using attachment maker not an original mesh - I am no help to you then.

You should as for this to be moved to content creation those guys might be of more help

I think he's talking about the mesh stitching system, by using 'position x,y,z' in the config.
Mesh stitching doesn't work with att points so using position allows it.

I hope you get this to work. I was asking someone if they could do this for me as a MOW flat car. On my route i'm putting in INDs to unload
RR ties on the main line for a road crew to unload ties but can't find a car to haul RAIL NEW 3PACK and it be yellow like the MOW here in the USA.
Let us know if you get this to work Please.

Good Morning All
If you are using the actual 'queues' system to add loads, then you cannot use the 'position' tag in the wagon. This tag may work in the mesh-table but I've not tried it myself. You will either need to create a new version of the wagon yourself, or use a submesh with the attachment points to setup the loads.

Regards

Thanks, all I will play around with the mesh table and see what I can get it to do. I am working on a route from early 1900's to 1960's starting in Delaware. It looks like I will be in for a challenge when it comes to finding old rolling stock, and manipulation code to make things fit on rolling stock a specific way.
