applegathc's work

Changed a few things around, no more auto facility in Madison, and I changed the mainline through town from CN to CP.

Here are some shots of the recently finished Madison Yard that is utilized by RailNet and LER.

After #204 arrived at Madison Yard, counterpart #205 departed just over an hour later. Here it is snaking westbound out of town, bound for Jackson.

A little Cloaked, a little JR (American Intermodal)...all stuff that is for my personal edit, not the (far-off) release version.

From the midwestern United States we jump to a fictional route in northern Ontario, to the Port Minnisscaping Northern Railway. Formed in 1991, the PMNR utilizes the former CP Minn. Lake Sub to connect the CP interchange in Port Minn. to Lakehead and the Lakehead Sub to reach the CN interchange at Henri.

PMNR is a steel and paper hauling road, delivering loaded steel gons to CN via Port Minn and serving the Domtar facility along the shore of Lac Lesscapping with plenty of paper/newsprint boxcars. A mix of general freight from local customers system wide plays into traffic volumes as well, including general goods, chemicals, produce, lumber etc.

PMNR's roster has yet to come to solid fruition so for now CP is running the show. I am looking for anything GWI painted (yes I said it), as I based this ray off the Huron Central Railway which connects Sudbury to Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. HCRY adorns the GWI paint scheme. I plan mainly geep38's and 40's.

Train #413-16 does some short work in downtown Port Minnisscaping to lift
five loaded centerbeams before throttling out of town on a grey fall day.

Beside #413 is the former Lakeside Rd. station, now a PMNR crew office.
