The Nickel Plate Road the car in the first picture is the steam equipment car from the Fort Wayne Railroad Historical Society who owns and maintains the 765 Nickel Plate Road berkshire. This car goes with the locomotives on almost all of its movements. The second photo is a MID AMERICA car that they typically use for Excursion purposes.

You can reskin any rib-sided car into the Mid-America livery.

The other car looks like a modified baggage car of some kind. Look at some of the brake vans from the Vic Rail or Queensland Railways. They are similar. Then again you'll have to reskin for your favorite route.
