Anyone know this UK station?

Can anyone identify this UK station, please? Apparently it is/was on the GER and that's because the architecture is of the Great Eastern type. The photograph was taken during the '70s, so it may not even exist anymore. Sorry that I can't get a better photograph.

Hello Escafeld,

It looks similar to Roby station near Liverpool, on the Liverpool to Manchester City line, Can't say if it is or not, but it does look similar, the view from the bridge is heading towards Huyton station and onwards to Manchester Victoria. There is a subway under the tracks to enable passengers from one platform to the other, the little white building on the Manchester line (left) is the subway that leads to the main building on the Liverpool platform (right)

After checking with Google earth streetview, I can confirm it is Roby Station near Liverpool, it is an early picture, as the shelter has been replaced with a new longer yellow shelter, and bike racks have been added by the brick building, if you view Google Earth streetview from the bridge, you will see the exact same station but a little bit more modern.
