Any Help with CMP 3.6 Please

Hi All,
Sorry to bug you all again and my apologies if this has been posted before.
I have reinstalled trainz 12 on my computer after the trainz 12 installed on my external HD has decided not to work anymore.So I was wondering why now that i use CMP V-3.6 to download content everything in the download helper column turns red and won't work at all!.I am still registered as my previous version ID as well.
Also just wondering is there anyway that all my downloaded content on my external HD could possibly be transferred to the newer installed version on my C-drive and if so where is all the content stored?.

If you haven't already, install the HF3 which will bring your version up to 3.7. That should ensure you can download the other assets which gave you problems before.

Remember to do a backup first though just in case there's a glitch somewhere.

That would involve installing the SP1 patch (49922-58414, 1.8GB in size) from N3V's service packs page (http://www.auran.com/servicepacks).

Be warned though, once you start saving routes in TS12 SP1, there's no going back unless you have a pre-SP1 backup of the UserData folder.

Make sure you have a copy of your UserData folder before doing so.
