Another TS2009 problem?

Over a week ago I uploaded a scenario, accomanying map and a sound file all created with TS2009. The three were put into Preview on Sept. 15 and have been there since. I wrote a note to Helpdesk but have received no word. Is this typical for TS2009 operations?

We're still catching up with Helpdesk tickets from over the last week. The issue is known, however we are currently having troubles working out what is happening and how to fix it.

Hi Zec, please add me to the list. I'm pleased to hear you are aware of this black hole. I also have an asset (revised route, Glasgow Queen St) waiting since Sept 16. I have filed a help desk ticket.
