another locomotive (csx yn3 gp38-2)

I was wondering if u guys could make a csx yn3 gp38-2 I love this game and play it almost everyday. I was also wondering if it would b possible to have the locomotives able to b shut down and start up and have the radio sound or work that would b nice. I can't get enough of this game. thanks for releasing it.
