Annoying That Their Are Two Accounts For The Forum And Trainz Support

I'm just trying to contact support through a ticket, but the account on Trainz support shows the wrong email. I just want to be able to reply to my own posts on here, but it seems they want to make this as confusing as possible.
 
Can you use __MyTrainz>Profile>My Account__ to correct your email address?

Usually when a vendor has an incorrect email address for me it is because I made a mistake entering it. Or perhaps I changed my email and neglected to update it at their site.
Many years ago I had a different username, email and password on Trainz. I changed everything, then forgot to update things on this site. I ended up creating a new user account.
 
As pointed out by @OddRails above, the confusion is almost certainly at your end. I use exactly the same login details for Trainz, this forum, the Trainz gallery, the support desk, MyTrainz and Trainz Store.
