Hear, hear. I remember a million years ago, if I wanted to buy a special part for my Meccano set....write to the company, get a reply, one week (at best), buy a Postal Order, (had to be on a Saturday because the Post Office would be closed by the time I got home from school).....send it to the company, get the part in the mail, maybe two weeks........ the excitement lasted three weeks!!!Sure, it sucks when you are anxious to get it, but it's not poor service....nor is it unprofessional.....it just seems that way to the ME/NOW group that infests this forum....
