Andi06 turnout kits and station setup instructions

I found an old link regarding the turnout kits but it is broken (404). Does anyone know where one can find the pdf that he created on setting up the turnouts and station kits? I saw that he just updated the station files. The turnouts work fine in TRS12 but I still would like the pdf anyway.
