I was able to find a fix for this. I don't know if it's the correct fix, but it worked.
Search for the cars in your content manager. There will be 2 assets, one is the car and one is the skins. You want the skins asset first, so double left click and then hit Show In Explorer. Then you should see a highlighted folder (You might have to scroll for it, depends on how many assets are open for editing), open that folder. In the folder find the .tga file named "map0_a.tga" and copy it.
Then go back to your content manager, and hit Show In Explorer on the gondola itself. Open the highlighted folder, and find the folder "mesh body" inside. Open it and look for a .tga file named "map0.tga". Once you've found it, delete it and paste in the .tga file you copied from the skins asset. Rename that file from "map0-a.tga" to "map0.tga" and then return to content manager and submit the edits by right clicking on the gondola and clicking submit edits, you can just click revert unsubmitted edits for the skins asset.
That should get rid of the blurry textures. At least it did for me.
