what idiot puts a demolition crane on a railroad track? I mean seriously, is there no common sense anymore? :n:
sorry, i had to vent that, but seriously, i hope no one was seriously injured. You would think the demolition crew would have contacted the railroad (I'm assuming it's either UP or BNSF...probably the latter) that they were going to work on the track and would have been warned that the train was coming, but on the flip side, i've heard of a condo promoter ripping up fifty feet of railroad siding and telling the perspective buyers the train was "going away." (this was on the Oregon Pacific railroad in Porland, Oregon, the old Portland Traction and owned by Dick Samuels and his family). It just doesn't make sense.
