Following what aradlaw said:
Open the config.txt of these four assets:
Acela Business Class Coach (End) cab - <kuid:9:50019>
Acela Business Class Coach cab - <kuid:9:50017>
Acela Express First Class Coach cab - <kuid:9:50021>
Acela HSEL cab Interior - <kuid:9:50013>
This is what the original config.txt looks like:
Delete the two lines above and the tree lines below the mesh "cab_main.pm" line.
And it should look like this:
Tested and working in TRS2004.
If you assign a driver to this locomotive he will always drive with the pantographs down and the doors opened.
Open the config.txt of these four assets:

If you wish to assign a driver and not have the doors open while driving
just remove the ANIM.KIN file from the door animation folders.
Remember to back up the folder before deleting files in case you wish to return to the original.

It depends on what kind of license the content has; so he can check the cafe car's license and see what it says.

Where did you get the SEPTA EMU
(with out explanation, note the HUD I left on the screen)
someone was complaining about doors? not sure what your expecting< but they work here. you have to use the pantograph key to open/close them along with raise/lower the pantograph.
The panto key has 4 functions:
a) doors open, pant down
b) doors open, pant up
c) doors closed, pant up
d) doors closed, pant down
