Hey, I'm thinking of making routes that are North America inspired, you know the US, Canada, and maybe Mexico. I was just wondering if anybody knew of any freeware content sites for Trainz 2022 that specialized in making US and Canadian trainz content. If so please tell me. :)

First off all, what time period?

All uses Whitepass's content for reskins. The only place I found that do the complete range for Heavyweights, is Texes State Shop.
Trainboi1 has made some heavyweights and Harriman wood coaches that feature the full range of car types for the Rio Grande, Southern Pacific, and Washoe Valley. Also worth noting is their payware has very, very good unique passenger cars for the NKP and their fictional railroads.

Even those from Trainz Forge still uses Whitepass's content as a base and only the sleepers.

No they don't. The D&RGW and WVRR heavyweight cars are full models made by trainboi1, as are all the Harriman wood cars. I checked.
Apart from the NYC Heavyweight Head-End & Sleepers, the B&O, LE&E, NYC, PRR, Pullman Sleeper Reskins are reskins of the Whitepass assets. The NYC Baggage Car is also a reskin of Whitepass. Apart from K&L Trains, which is payware the only place to get a full set of Heavyweights is from Texas State Shop. There is zero heavyweight Diners, Lounge, Combine and Obervations to match the Whitepass assets.
