AI wont stop in the correct place in my yard (Waiting for track clearance)

I've built a stabling yard on my route,
However I am having an issue where the 2nd train won't stop in the correct spot due to "waiting for track clearance"
Hopefully there is a fix for this

By default, the track mark has number 20 range as it looks like the train is stopping at that range...I myself changed the range count to number 1...

Have the range set at 0.5,
The issue seems to be the AI detecting another train in its way,
despite the fact that IRL we sometimes park even closer

Put an invisible signal between the trains, ahead of where the second train is supposed to stop.

Already had a signal there,
but changing it to a different invisible signal fixed the issue
