AI trains

Hi
I am not very up on all the stuff that trainz can do so I hope you can bear with me for what may be stupid questions.

(1) Is there any way that I can view AI controlled consists without them automatically changing to manual, while I still control another consist?

(2) How can I make an AI controlled consist stop for a specified time at a station before proceeding?

If you click on driver you will be able to see the consist he is driving.(is that what you mean?)
Giving the driver a load command will keep the train there for a while.(if the station is Industry Acted) If not then put in a track mark (name it station name) give the command to drive to track mark, command to stop, a command to wait xxx amount of time sec/minutes.
Some of these commands may need to be down loaded from the DLS.
