Is there a way of lowering pantographs on a loco that is double headed with a non pantograph loco when driving in AI mode ?

There is a "Pantz" rule, but the loco must be set for Pantograph operation. I'm assuming that the Pant is used for figure or door animation.

What I have is an overhead electric line which stops at a large station and does not start again til way up the line, so I attach a diesel to the front and the Panto loco becomes dead in tow til it reaches the overhead system again where the diesel then uncouples and the panto goes on its way. What I'm trying to do is lower the Pantograph when its being " towed " by the diesel but I cannot do this when in AI mode

La France en Train have a set of controls that will do what you want
one instruct them to lower and another to lift them up

they are like signals that attch to the side of the track

I got them free when I bought TRS2008 , not sure if they are avalable free on the site there is a lot that is
there are also some free route moduls , mabe one of them has it installed
look for a module with "Sec" or "Section" in the heading

Casy, thanks, tried pantz but does not keep it down, bit weird as I don't really know what the 0 to 3 represents ?

Kelly, thanks also, this sounds interesting but I cannot track ( excuse pun ) it down. Have you anymore info or kuid number ?
