AI: No Unloading at Industry and Error unable to find Industry/station

Hey there,
I've got 2 problems in TRS 2022 e.g. at the map "Ostalgie_II" <kuid:124706:100576>
1st Problem: AI wouldn't slow down at the industry and would unload:
The problem occurs by specific locomotives e.g. <kuid2:173943:100403:4> CD 754 061-0 Build 3.5. If I use another locomotive <kuid:550864:102536> |SG| Railsystems 290 008-2 Build 2.9 it works fine. The AI train slows down and will be unload. As you can see in the video at youtube, first the locomotive slows down and then speeds up quickly.
Is there a too low parameter at the engine? Does somebody have the same problem or a solution?

2nd Problem: there are errors that the AI couldn't find the industry or stations, but the stations exist. If I select "drive to" and then select the station from the drop-down-list, they find them.

The first issue may be caused by the engine specifications for the first locomotive because if a train is moving too fast, the AI driver will skip the industry. Rather than edit the engine spec, the way around this issue is to place a 2 km/h speed limit sign a long enough distance from the industry to force the train to slow down prior to entering the industry.

The second issue is possibly caused by a track direction marker facing the wrong way. These work like do not enter signs and the AI will not pass them under normal circumstances. Check the approach and connecting tracks to these industries in Surveyor. The direction markers can be turned around or removed if necessary.

have noticed the train going to fast before entering a industry, placing a slower speed limit helps a lot of the time to get it to stop when it should.
