They can be found in the Driver Command Bar (click the chevron icon) in Driver and in the Driver Setup Rule and the Driver Command Rule in Surveyor. An incomplete list of Driver Commands (but not including anything to do with doors) can be found on the Trainz Wiki at Driver_Commands_List
