Aerotrain DLC

I bought the aerotrain addon from trainz store, I recieved it, mine is the trainz12 version 3.7 with built 61388, I installed it I checked under the serial number of my game and the number of the aerotrain is there, however when I play the game nothing appears. Can anyone help me with this. Thank you for your help.

Did you check it in content manager to see if there's any errors?

You have the latest version of TS12 which would normally download the DLC's that you own. Installing the file using the serial number and supplied installer are good for TS12 without SP1. Because N3V did some work they shut off TS12 and earlier versions from the online world so you can't download it anymore. You might have to find a version of TS12 that's older like 47772 for example which is at v3.6.

Hello, thank you for your reply and yes , I checked the content manager but it doesn´t appear anything, so if it does´t appear anything, I can not check for errors.
The problem is that everything is like Auran said to be and nothing happens.

i installed a version build 49922 witch is V3.6 and now it´s working perfectly.

But the problem remains the same: where do I have my main trainz game installed is on build 61388 and in there still doens´t work.

If anyone have any sugestions, I would apreciate.

It's been a while since I've used TS12 so my memory may be foggy here.

On the main menu, look for a "Download Purchased Content" option, or something similar, and see if it appears in there. Later builds of TS12 are supposed to do search for that stuff automatically, but...

It should appear in the list of content that's on your account and available to be downloaded. Just follow the prompts.
