addon pack setup problem

I just purchased TRAN and download my first addon pack. It ask me my user name and serial number. I use those that I have and it doesn't go any farther

I bought the download version of TRAN full product Platinum version

Addon packs for TANE are available for download when you start TANE. I.E. you click Start in the Launcher window and a dialog box should show up with all the addons in the pack.

In case there is a problem with your username/password, there is a page called Internet in the Launcher Settings. Type in your username and password and press the enter key.
