Adding Station Announcements To Trainz Stations

Yes, I do realise that there are other threads about this, but one confuses me and the other is about station ambience. I have been going around (Sydney Australian) stations holding up my iphone next to the speaker recording announcements and looking crazy to other people. What I want to do is place my recorded announcements into a station. If it is possible, have the announcement played when the train arrives and have another announcement when the train departs. People who take the train in Sydney NSW should be familiar with these announcements from Taylor Owynns eg. "bong bong bong, the train on platform 2 goes to Bondi Junction via Kogarah" and when the train leaves: "the next train to arrive on platform 2 goes to ..." etc. Those are the sort of recordings I have, and I want to put them on my stations in my route for when the train arrives and departs. If anybody knows how to do it, please share!

Some stations on the NEC in eastern CT and RI have the "Train Approaching - Please Stand Behind Yellow Line" announcements. Of course, these would be trigger-activated announcements. On that note, I would examine jfe's monorail stations as they seem to have announcements that are triggered by stopping trains.
