Adapting a TRS2004 layout

I would like to adapt the Industrial Wasteland layout on TRS2004 from an American to British setting, but the one thing that bothers me is that I would like to build roads but all vehicles drive on the right hand side even on UK road splines. Can this be changed or alternatively can I build roads/intersections without any traffic?

You could make a change to the route and save it as another name. Then when asked for the orientation of the route like GB where traffic moves to the left, enter that.

Or go into the config file and change the region to UK.
