When you DL other people's routes from the DLS, do you then inherit all of thier assets in which those people had used, for yourself to then use when creating your own routes?
Yup. Only real caveat about using them in your own route, if it's for distribution, is that some assets may be payware, especially if they are a part of a payware route you installed into Trainz (e.g. Cabon City).

When you use CM3.3 to download a route, it gets a list of the route's dependencies from the route's kuid-table and checks to see if you already have them installed on your machine. CM3.3 then downloads the route kuid and the kuids of any dependencies that you don't have and that are on the DLS. Dependencies that didn't get downloaded (they're on third party sites or payware) will show up on the CM3.3's missing dependency list. Any and all of the kuids used in the route that you downloaded and that are on your computer can be used by you.
