The online shop appears to be having problems, try again this evening after 9 o'clock, they should be back in the office by then, so may have the problem sorted.

It appears to be a DNS resolution issue. The server is alive and ping-able via direct IP address 174.121.103.20, but a ping to mail.auran.com does not work.
