A4 Pacific Mallard.

I have just downloaded the A4 Pacific Mallard by (usrname) jetstreamsky. What puzzles me is that there is no tender. Where can i obtain it from.

This one matches the loco: A4 Pacific Corridor Tender (Garter Blue LNER),<kuid:4468:9998>
It's on the DLS. Since it's a build 1.3, I got an error for no shadow. You'll have to add the shadow or just edit the config.txt file to add a mesh-table for the loco to clear the shadow error.
