I checked my account and found I am already an administrator . I tried to download the full installer and noticed I wasn't logged in so I logged in. I tried again and the window disappeared but no download window appeared. I tried the online installer and got the privilege message again.

I am going to assume you are using Windows, if so what version? Is the installer file on your computer? Make a backup or at a minimum create a system Restore Point in Windows. Disabling UAC, temporarily might work but the install file must be "fully trusted" as you are disabling UAC. If you drop/disable UAC I would highly suggest going back when you are done with install. As per my 1st link above there are many things to try and ruling/trying them each out one by one might be the way to go.

I'm using Windows 11. Yes, the offline installer file is on my PC as it appears it doesn't let you know it is downloading, Since it is a zip file I downloaded WinZip to open it but it won't and it gives me a message about scripts and says it needs to close. I'm going to submit a ticket and ask if they can link me to the unzipped file and if they won't I will request a refund. If they sell a product for this price it should be of merchantable quality.

Windows can open a zip archive without using WinZip. With Windows, it'll open up in an Explorer window and from there you can drag the compressed file(s) out to either your desktop or some other folder. With program installers, including patches, you can't install from within a zip archive. Attempting this will cause odd errors.
