A new Problem encountered With TLR (or more likely, me)

Again with the same TLR Using JR Multi Ind 2.....Dispatch doesn't recognize a loaded Consist when it appears through a Portal... ex,.. Ind requires Diesel, Ind has non initially, a consist of same diesel as Ind needs arrives through portal and sits on track fully cleared Portal. Dispatch should Recognize and deliver said Diesel correct?. Scenario 2......Said Loaded Diesel Fuel Consist already in Staging in Route, With Engine attached, still does not recognize and utilize. ..Scenario 3, Same Consist in Staging, not connected to Engine but engine separate in Staging, still unrecognized......What have I done wrong or NOT done to get Dispatch to recognize and deliver. I understand that TLR and JR Multi Ind 2 (both are awesome BTW) are rather new but It is much more likely its my lack of Knowledge

Thank you very much. Actually, I read your thread prior, and because of it, I actually have Industry Link attached and removing Product. (Excellent idea BTW) Granted, the dummy industry is not producing and returning Product, just removing. Still have same problem though. Later the Dummy industry will actually load "Street" vehicles (when I figure out how to disguise Locos as Street delivery vehicles. Next bridge to cross...) since my Route is specifically a Distribution / Transfer Rail to Road. Every single Rail Industry will only unload, Industry Link will be Road / Street Industry and after removal from Rail Industry, will load into Street vehicle. Loco disguised on invisible track following road through small Residential / Commercial district to off route through Portal
