A few Questions

I am creating a Trainz version of Grand Theft Auto Liberty City Stories, where you drive the El-train. I have searched, but not found the following.
1.A string of red chinese lanterns and signs for above a road (preferably a spline)
2. A string of triangle downwards facing flags in red, white and green.
Like here but green instead of blue.
3. A yellow USA Taxi Cab with the same sort of shape as an FC Holden, instead of the shape of an FJ Holden as on the download station,"Car 8-1 Taxi".
4. A coach like below.
If there is none of these, could someone please make some if they can.
