A couple of questions

Koryclarke1991, I've been following this thread without butting in. I hope you've got the issues resolved. However, one thing to consider is what the specifications of your machine are. My understanding is that WIN 10 will run on a lot of machines that do not have the needed specifications to run modern versions of Trainz. Do the specifications of your system meet the prescribed minimum specifications?

I was wondering that myself. I just did a free upgrade to Windows 10. When I was using Trainz Build 49922, it worked just fine with Windows 10. It's when I started using the higher builds past 49922 that the problems began, I have Railroad Simulator Powered by Trainz 12. The system requirements are: Windows 7, Vista or XP, 3.0 Dual-core processor, 1.0 gig of Ram (I have 8), Video card 512 MB, I have way more than that.

That is an option (make sure you backup your content first which will be in <folder you installed Trainz to>/UserData - specifically the Local and Original folders) but be aware that anything you've created or modified whilst using SP1 will not be available unless you re-patch.
