A 2-8-0 on Interstate 75?

So on Saturday, January 16th, I was heading south on Interstate 75 to Atlanta to a model railroad convention. As we were nearing the outskirts of Atlanta, a low-boy carrying a 2-8-0 passed by heading north. The tender was not on the same low-boy, so I knew it was on a separate trailer. However, I never saw it. However, not that long ago, I saw online that there was an ex-US Army Transportation Corps (USATC) S160 2-8-0 for sale, and was stored in Atlanta, and the locomotive I saw on I-75 looked identical to the one I saw pictures of online. I'm theorizing that since Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum's (TVRM) 2-8-0 #610 was originally built for the USATC, and that the 2-8-0 was heading north, the TVRM has purchased the locomotive and will be using it as a parts locomotive for the restoration of TVRM #610. Does anyone know anything more about this locomotive and where it was heading, if it wasn't the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum?
