3rd time all lost on android app

It is now the 3rd time that I have lost all of my locally saved content. every time it was the same, I open the app, the app is logged out from my account (I did not do that) and all my locally content is lost. Obviously the creator of that app did never come across such problems. Is it really only me?

However, How can I help my self? Is there any folder that I can backup and reinstall if that happens again? Can anybody help me please. It is really frustrating to see all your hard work gone, again and again.

Did you get a serial number with your app? If so you will need to register it.

I mean I bought this app, so yes, I think I have that serial number. where do I find it? What is different if I have registered it? Does that help me in any way?

It will do, as it can be used to enable access to the relevant Maintenance of Way forum if you haven't already got access to it. As for where to find the serial number, this will probably be in communication from Google Play, or the relevant app store if it's not Google Play.

Helpdesk will be able to advise on the exact method of registering an Android version, as the option is not available in the standard place (Planet Auran > Serial Number)
