I have just installed Trainz2012 and it doesn't take up the whole computer screen (only about 2/3s). Can anybody give me some advice on getting it to use the whole screen.

Hi,

In the Options option on the Launcher screen, go to the Display Settings tab, and change the screen resolution. Also try switching between OpenGL and DirectX mode, but it is likely that that is not necessary.

The other thing you can do is match the resolution in Trainz to your Video Card resolution or vice versa.
