2010 Build Number and Service Packs

Hello, I wonder if someone can help me regarding 2010 build numbers. My screen reports Build Number 42203 and I am unable to download SP1 or SP2. Does this mean that my system is already at SP2 status? What is the latest 2010 build number?

I would appreciate any advice, thank you.

My 2010 build is 42203 and that's with SP2, so yes I would say you have the latest Service Pack installed. As far as I know there is no SP3 yet.

41615 = SP1
42203 = SP2

You know i have been getting faulty dependincies because the trainz build number is 3.3 its supose to be 2.9 how do I change the number.

If it's trainz-build 3.3, you've downloaded content for a later version of Trainz.

The only way of using it in TS2009 would to be to install SP4.

Also, you should have created a new thread, not replied to an old one.

The latest build of TS2010 is 44088.

There is service pack 3 which takes the build to 43434 and will run new content showing a build of 3.3. There is a further hotfix to build 44088. The update can also be as a single update to take you from 42203 to 44088 from the update page.

You can change the build number in the config.txt file of the asset by replacing the 3.3 with 3.2.

It's OK - it's suprising how many people dig up old posts rather than creating new ones. (in this case, it appears to be 844fan that has done so)

Actualy Im using TS2010. (I havn't registered it)

You need to register it then - otherwise other members get the wrong information about the versions you have.

Also, registration is necessary to download and install patches.

What build number is your version of TS2010?

quelqu'un peut il me dire ou j'en suis c'est a dire quelle pack et dois je telecharger quelques chose,et mettre des mises a jour dans touts les domaines ,aidez moi svp je debute et c'est ma tout premiere utilisation d'un logiciel simulator ,demandé moi ce que vous voudrai en electricité je repondrai d'entrer mais là ????

That's the version not the build number, you need the five numbers from the bottom right of the launcher screen, where it says Build

844fan, the number you are looking for is at the bottom right of the Launcher screen (should be 5 digits - usually in the region of 3xxxx or 4xxxx).
