2009 SP4

So having the patience of Job (a requirement of Trainz) I downloaded SP4. However when it comes to installing it aborts with the message Failed to patch builtin\ 1 ja, files do not match. I have the correct starter SP3 installed and have done an extended repair, and all virus programmes were turned off during downloading and installing,so I would be grateful if any body has any ideas on how to install SP4. Many thanks in advance for your thoughts.

i applied it patched with no problem
but my question is do now trainz 2009 sp4 supports speed treez as there is a wind function in it if yes where to get speed treez

No; this feature is added in TS2010.
