I downloaded the sp4 and installed it with everything switched off
the first thing i noticed was in the cmp the filters took for ever to load and it did this every time i switched on sometimes as much as half an hour
moving on when i went into surveyor i had a blank screen for about five minutes when i finally got into surveyor it seem to take forever to load even the simplest route, in driver it showed consists derailed when they were still running i have dual boot xp and w7 first i tried it on w7 and had to reinstall then i tried it twice on xp still the same problems my advice is if sp3 is working ok don't bother with sp4 if it isn't broke don't fix it
