NS Landmark ES44AC missing dependency: <kuid2:45324:54006:1>

I am missing <kuid2:45324:91522:1> NS ES44AC desktop cab shell. I submitted a ticket and was told it is in the download. I've downloaded it four times now, and it's still missing. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

It is in "NS_ES44AC_Landmark.cdp".

I downloaded the Altoona units today, I am getting the same error message... I tried DL'd it twice, still missing??

If its showing you as missing it and you know the name of it, you arent missing that item, you are missing a dependency of it. Right click on the said cab shell and select list dependencies. Anything unknown there is what we would need if that is the case

This is the cab parts that were left out by mistake - the part you got from the 4851 TAG. It was added by myself last night at 9:30pm my time so it was there before you posted. Please do not add confusion by arguing a point you do not understand.

Just for update, I just downloaded and installed this locomotive at 1:57 pm on monday. It installed and I am looking at it in trainz and it is working perfectly.
