1520mm Procedural Track

Still learning...
Hi! i´m building a MRR with Russian Rolling stock and assets and i cant find any 1520mm procedural track... the reason for that is i want to have smaller animated junctions than 1/9

Any help please?

I think one of the tracks by TSM is a procedural type (sorry not at a PC with Trainz on it to quote KUID) but that's the only one I know of.

The TSM track is TSM Track WWL SK1 - Procedural KUID is kuid2:661281:44062:1

Though ironically it might actually be standard gauge as if you attach to one of the other ex Soviet track types the rail heads don't match up.

In which case there is indeed no 1520mm pro track at least not on the DLS.

It would probably amaze you how many Russian assets I have saved for my routes. Answering your query, go back to DLS and type in "1520mm" in the space.
Then the category of "track" just below and press Search. I came up with 50 entries of 1520mm track that is 2m in length and much of those are by Olegkhim
(354694). I also have several links to Russian sites if you would like them. They are not obvious enough for most folks.
Now, my question to you is where are you finding turnouts (junctions) that are smaller, tighter than 1/9 ?? All that I can locate are ones that are 750/760mm
narrow gauge from a Russian site.

When you say you want procedural track, that would be "short" track specific to a tight turn where possible. Is that right ??
PM me if you need to.

Well aware there are scores if not 100's of Russian tracks on the DLS and that's before you count the clones. However...

...procedural track is the description given to the new system introduced with TANE, that renders pointwork correctly, i.e. moving switches, frogs and checkrails. To the best of my knowledge, none of the Russian/Ukrainian types offer this other than the one I referenced, which means you have to use the 1/9, 1/11 etc. fixed track points if you want something that looks like the real thing.

Col_Klink:

The need of smaller, shorter, turnouts is becouse its a model railroad so 1/9 is ok on straights but no to sidings and yards...

Thanks Vern!, indeed the only TSM Procedural is standard gauge (:o funny) and it seems i will have to use what i have. Sad cause turnouts are one of my favorite items on real MRR, so i like to see moving while i wait for the train...:p
