120 ft. turntable

I am building a steam locomotive servicing faculty and I need to use the 120 ft. built-in turntable in T2010EE (need to swing the big iron around ). The problem I'm having is on the concrete apron around the turntable. I can't connect any track across the apron to the place where the turntable will make it's connection.

You cannot connect track directly across the apron. You must first connect an item called a stub track. Then you can connect regular track to the end of the stub.

Worth noting: I have found that best results are obtained when you ensure the ground on which the turntable sits and the track leading up to it for 10 to 20 meters or so are dead level.
