12 digital download: File and directory don't exist... great

I just ordered the digital download of 12 today about 3 hours ago. I still haven't been able to start the darn download as I keep getting an error that reads 550pwd: file and directory do not exist.

Where is my download that I just shelled out money for. I wish I would have known that jointedrail was doing digital downloads as well as I would have gone through them.

It actually sounds like the problems discussed in this thread: http://forums.auran.com/trainz/showthread.php?t=74446. Are you using Firefox? If so, try Internet Explorer.

I've spoken with the admin, and we've provided two mirrors for the digital downloads.

If you are seeing this message, then please try using mirror 1 first (this is to download the file from the 'first class' server).

I got everything but setup.exe now. For some reason it is now password protected, and I cannot get access to it. My auran username and pw don't work on the username and pw popup. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try using your 'FTP' password (it's the 32 character password found on this page: https://www.auran.com/planetauran/admin_ftp.php ).

I've sent this info (including that you still saw the issue under firefox) to the admin for him to look into. However, I may not be able to provide and update till later tomorrow.

Thank you for the assistance Zec. Before I left this morning, the link for the setup.exe dissapeared and it said that I should try back in 10 minutes. I arrived home about 15 minutes ago from my errands, and the link was working fine, and I am currently installing 12 as we speak.
