i recently had to format my computor due to a virus, now ive lost trainz 2012 , ive found the serial number but 2012 was a digital download , how do i reinstall trainz 2012

i am changing from windows 7 ultimate to windows 8.1 will i loose all my downloads on trainz 2004 or can i save them ? someone please help.:'(

i have a first class ticket, yet i cant seem to be able to download anything i have trainz 2004 and want to download extras can anyone help ? i have logged in and i used too be able to download but not now:(

ivegot trainz 2004 up and running on my laptop , but when i go into the download station i select my items as i have a fct, i the proceed to down load section push the download button but nothing happening , wot am i doing wrong ? can anyone help

i own trainz 2004 when i download certain locos from download station they download okay but when i go to use them the names of the locos come up but no picture and wont let me move them on to my layout. What am i doing wrong, can anyone help me ?.

Hi i have Downloaded trainz 2004 on my laptop and added additional items to it but? when i add certain trains or carridges i cant get them to show up on the track or show up in the train lists. how and were do i get the missing assets from for 2004 anyone help ?:'(

Hi i have trainz 2006, 2009, 2010, and 2012. trainz 2009 is the only one that fills the screen all the other versions have a boarder each side. what am i doing wrong ?.
