Celebrated too soon. I am still getting the same error as originally posted above with Surveyor locking up. Didn't even do anything other than move from one place to another. Left it for a few minutes and it locked up. Don't know where to go with this now. Help Desk?

It doesn't work in Firefox on my PC, but Edge does work. On my phone. Safari doesn't work, but Firefox does. Go figure.
