Will SLI draw farther ?

The most enjoyable UMR layout by Neal Smith (on DLS),
is taxing my 8800 GTX card.
If i go SLI, will I get less popup, and farther draw distance?
I have all game video sliders set on full.

Verify if there is a SLI driver for Trainz, I don't think there is. If there isn't Trainz will only use one card.

There is a pre-defined profile for Trainz 2004 see http://www.slizone.com/object/slizone2_game.html however, you can create your own profile for games etc, just follow this guide http://www.slizone.com/page/slizone_appprofile.html
Not sure if you would see a benefit though if your Draw Distance is set to max, perhaps someone who has already got an 8800 GTX SLI setup would be able to shed some light on this.
Only thing I would recommend is to check out that your power supply would handle a second card, 8800 are quite power hungry.
