MSVCR120.dll

Hi all

I have just finished downloading T-ane Deluxe, or so I thought! When I clicked finish a popup came up saying that the above dll was missing from my computer and to try a re-download. This I did and no change. I not very impressed at the moment as it takes 10 hours to download.
My computer tells me that It has the above dll.
Why is T-ane telling me that I have not got the above dll?
Obviously I can't open the game to see what it is like so I am appealing for help please?

Computer is Windows 10 64 bit.
