No downloads from DLS

The symptom I am having is the when I try to DL anything, it shows searching, than downloading for 1 second then idle and then retry at the bottm of the window, Also the item I'm trying to DL gets a red highlight. Ihave only had the Trainz porgrams for a few months so Im' still learning.

For the last 2 days I have not been able to download from the DLS both with TS12 and Android. I was going to put in a support ticket but I can't find where to do that. I know I did it before, must be old age.
If some one can verify that DLS is down I would appreciate the confirmation. If DLS is not down please lead to creating a support ticket.

DLS status report is here, time are Australian times http://www.auran.com/planetauran/FTP_Status_Log.php currently there are no DLS server problems.

Thanks for the link I had already went there to do a a little self help, I tried many of the suggestions, but so far I havehad no luck.

Yes this all started after I bought and activated the FCT.

I found the ticket submission for some reason my login dropped out thats why I could not see the submission link.

Clear the download helper in cm.
Open the file (top left), open settings and select internet. Check your fct is there.

Did the clear many times the fct shows 362 days left. I bought a 1 year FCT, but have not been able to use it darn!

Up until I bougt the FCT everything worked fine but veeeeeeeeeerrrrrryyyyyy slow.

I also tried downloading something via FTP but it won't let me log in.

Try a quick database repair.
Looks like a helpdesk ticket though.

yea I tried both quick & extended. I created a ticket looks like my account may have gotten trashed.

Problem solved.
I reentered my password and the downloads started working. Strange that I could log into everything with out a problem but no downlaods.

I spent a few hours reading through the sticky for no downloads and found this on page 8 or 9.
