Does anybody know how to get a hold of them about a order you bought? I bought the BNSF SD70MAC pack in BN Colors but i forgot to download the second unit with the BNSF Patch and now it wont let me. Anybody know how to get in touch with them about this issue?

Yea i tried that but still having no luck.

See if you can contact the user yutzk. This user handles customer service for Jointed Rail, as well as possible a few others.

EDIT: Also try emailing support <at> jointedrail.com. (no spaces, replace <at> with @)
