Update Settings

I absolutely refuse to install SP4 (again). I tried it and didn't like it and reverted back to SP3. So my question following this rant is, "How do I disable the install nag?" Yes, I can tell it to wait awhile, a day or a week, but I want it to stop nagging me completely. Is that too much to ask?

It can't be disabled as far as I know short of blocking TRS19 from getting out to the Internet. Then it will quit working all together after 30 days.
